SHIPPING & Terms.

All wedding veils that are either bespoke, made to order or one of a kind are created by hand by Natasha Nicole in our UK studio in Wales, UK. All veils are lovingly gift wrapped and shipped from this location using a tracked service to the UK or International Countries.

Shipping to the UK is £10 for a tracked next day delivery service. This does not include the processing time which is indicated for each veil, or weekends/UK holidays as appropriate.

International shipping costs for your country can be found at checkout. They are generally between £25 and £40, depending on your location. Alternatively, please feel free to reach out to the studio for a quote. Bespoke wedding veil shipping is quoted during the design process, which you can start by using the Bespoke Bride Contact Form.

At present, we have paused shipping to the EU based on new laws regarding shipping from the UK. We hope to resume shipping to European countries in the future.

Natasha Nicole Studio is not accountable for any customs fees or taxes that may be applicable to your country. All payments all for wedding veils only.

Each wedding veil at Natasha Nicole Studio is handmade to order with love, using high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any veil purchases.

We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing an order to ensure you’re confident in your choice of wedding veil and absolutely love answering questions about fabric, colour, embroidery or embellishments!
